Do I need to thaw my bread or pasta before baking?
No thawing is required! All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked or boiled directly from frozen. Most loaves are ready in 25 minutes or less.
How does the shipping process work for frozen goods?
We ship our boxes with eco-friendly insulation and dry ice to ensure your items stay frozen until they reach your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our facility.
Can I customize the contents of my monthly box?
Yes, you have full control. You can swap items, add extras, or change your delivery frequency at any time through your member dashboard.
Are Wildgrain products vegan or gluten-free?
Many of our sourdough breads and pastas are vegan-friendly. However, because we specialize in traditional slow-fermented sourdough, we do not currently offer gluten-free options.
What is the shelf life of the products in my freezer?
Our products are best enjoyed within 6 months of delivery when kept in the freezer. Each individual package includes a 'best by' date for your reference.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or thawed, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
